On 11 December 2013, Regulation (EU) No 1287/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council established a Programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and small and medium enterprises (COSME) (2014-2020) was adopted (“COSME”)  to address the difficulties in access to finance for SMEs.

As a lender to SMEs, EZBob Ltd. has been chosen to participate in COSME within the framework of a loan guarantee facility managed and implemented by the European Investment Fund (EIF).

Under our agreement with the EIF, we are able to provide financing supported by the COSME programme if certain eligibility criteria are satisfied – of course all loans are subject to our own underwriting, risk and credit analysis, so not every applicant that satisfies the COSME requirement will be offered a business loan by us.

Below we provide information on the type of finance offered, a description of the key eligibility criteria and information on the application procedure.

The Loan:

  1. Type: Fixed term, fixed interest, business loans.
  2. Minimum Term: 15 Months
