Tomer Guriel

Co Founder CEO
Prior to founding EZBOB, Mr. Guriel served as the CEO of Redstone Group, a leading
real estate development company in CEE and CIS. Mr. Guriel, also served at various
positions at JPMorgan Investment Banking. Mr. Guriel was a director at Bezeq
Communications, Israel’s largest telecommunications company.
Mr. Guriel holds an MBA from Kellogg Recanati.

Sharon Perlstein

Co Founder Business Development
Prior to founding EZBOB, Mr. Perlstein was an entrepreneur with a focus on finance.
He has over 17 years of experience in financing and developing small to medium size
businesses. Mr. Perlstein holds a BA from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana.

Nimrod Kaplan

VP of Technologies
Prior to his position as VP of Technology at EZBOB, Mr. Kaplan served as VP R&D
at ITG Inc., a leading institutional brokerage house. He also served in various senior
technology positions in multiple international companies bringing over 15 years of
software and product development experience.
Mr. Kaplan holds a BSc from Bar Ilan Univeristy.

Alec Melnik

VP Marketing
Prior to his position as VP Marketing at EZBOB, Mr. Melnik served in various senior
positions at leading international firms such as William Hill, 888, and Young & Rubicam
bringing over 15 years of marketing experience.
Mr. Melnik holds BA from Baruch College.

Amir Bramly

Director, Global Risk
Mr. Bramly is the owner of Extreme Credit Systems Ltd. and the founder of the
Rubicon Group. Rubicon specializes in providing proprietary risk and value evaluation
of companies for banks and financial institutions.
Amir holds a BA from Hartford College.
